Questions clinics ask first.
Do patients have to download an app?
No app store. Patients open their invite link and tap Add to Home Screen. LIFFT then works like any other app on their phone, notifications included.
Is LIFFT HIPAA compliant?
Every clinical plan includes a Business Associate Agreement, signed before any patient information goes in. Each practice's data is walled off from every other practice.
Does it work with my EHR?
LIFFT runs alongside any EHR. Add your online booking link and patients can book their next visit from the app.
Can patients message me?
Yes. Secure in-app messaging, with photos and short videos for form checks. There are no texting fees because nothing goes over SMS.
How long does setup take?
